Sales Manager Forwarding & Logistics (m/f/d)

Drive new business growth at DEX across express transport, special drives, and partial/full-load forwarding services.

Tasks

• Own end-to-end acquisition of new customers within your defined sales area

• Run regular on-site visits and expand long-term client relationships

• Sell the DEX service portfolio: express and special drives, partial and full loads, and project-related logistics

• Prepare solid offers in close alignment with inside sales and dispatch

• Maintain CRM and visit reports with clear pipeline visibility

• Collaborate closely with dispatch, inside sales, and accounting to ensure smooth execution

Requirements

• Completed education in forwarding/logistics or a comparable transport-related qualification

• Proven sales track record in forwarding or transport services

• Confident negotiation skills, strong presence, and a clear closing mindset

• Very good German and solid English for professional client communication

• Structured way of working, high self-motivation, and strong ownership

• Confident use of MS Office and willingness to travel regularly
